Jessica DiLorenzo
lambertville

Jessica has a passion for teaching that was initially rooted in her work with elementary school children. She believes that great teaching means empowering students and drawing out the gifts and luminosity that already exist in each of our hearts. When she first embarked on her yoga teacher training journey with DIG at the beginning of 2013, her original intention was to deepen her own practice and to offer yoga to her school community. Along the way she found that adults, like children, also learn best when they feel empowered and they are given the opportunity to play and take risks in a safe, nurturing environment. She is so grateful for the space that has been created for her to grow as a yoga teacher of children and adults.

Jessica offers yoga with a light heart and playful spirit. She works hard to keep it real, connecting larger themes she has studied through the lens of the tantric perspective to everyday life experiences. She is deeply inspired by the goddesses of the Hindu pantheon, and often brings them along to dance to the rhythm of our breath through the asana and meditation practice. She sees yoga as a pathway to lead us to what our hearts desire most. The DIG family has taught her that you already have everything you need to manifest anything you have ever dreamed of. She is honored to share her joy and enthusiasm for this practice with the DIG community and beyond!
