ACROYOGA
Partner practice that integrates the art of yoga, acrobatics,
and Thai massage.
BASICS
Focus is on foundational poses. Appropriate for all levels, and students with minor injuries or physical limitations.
BEGINNER
Learn yoga in a safe, supportive environment focused on the general form of poses.
GENTLE
Less strenuous, great for beginners, seniors, pregnant women, practitioners recovering from injury, or simply if you are looking for a more relaxed practice.

A mix of play and power, we welcome newer students and mixed level yogis.
KIDS YOGA - ages 7-11

Offering a strong practice, with a wider variety of poses, for those with some yoga experience through intermediate.

Teacher and students practice together in our most playful, explorative and advanced class each week.

This supportive and inspiring class offers facts and
techniques to provide an optimal, joy-filled journey into motherhood.
RESTORATIVES*
Props are used to fully support the body in restful postures to bring a deep sense of calm to the body and mind.
DIG DEEPER ADVANCED PRACTICE*
Teacher led practice allows time to play your edge with more advanced asanas. Pre-registration required.

Workshops & Events: More than 48 hours: full refund minus 15% admin fee (min. $10, max. $50) if paid with credit card
24-48 hours notice: full credit to account for future purchases (minus admin fee as noted above)
Less than 24 hours: 50% credit to account for future purchases (minus admin fee as noted above)
For sold out events, if less than 48 hours notice, NO REFUND
Online Class Reservations: classes reserved online may be canceled up to 60 minutes prior to class with no charge (your account will automatically be credited); cancellations cannot be made less than 60 minutes prior to class.
