To my beloved DIG family,
As some of you know, I have decided to end my time at DIG after one very full and vibrant year. I came here not knowing a soul, and I find myself leaving with only the dearest of friends, confidants, laughing partners, and fellow yogis. I am truly grateful to each of you for making me feel welcome and loved in a new place.
As many of you know, my heart lies in my itchy feet. I've been fortunate enough to consult on a variety of arts development projects in Africa and the time has come to put my intention and focus on expanding that work.
So much of my gratitude must go to Sue, Denise, and Naime for providing this home for me and for all of us. The support found in this community is unlike anything I've seen before, from the warmth of staff and students, to the dedication to study and learn, to the actual beauty of the studio. We are lucky to be a part of it.
I'll close with the perfect words that brought me to DIG in the first place - practice, and all is coming.
