In her Pilates classes, as well as her practice as a Neuromuscular Therapist, Olga enjoys inspiring clients and helping them towards their fitness goals. She can help you establish a long term plan towards fitness and health. She enjoys sharing her knowledge about anatomy, structure and movement patterns, and is welcoming questions about it. She firmly believes, if the goal is clear, the mind can find a way to implement it.

Elizabeth’s practice found her in 2007, when she was a high school senior desperately searching for balance. After her very first class in her high school gym, she knew she found what she was looking for. She dove right into her own study of yoga, and in 2013 she took her 200 hour training in order to share the beautiful practice with the world. Elizabeth is eternally grateful to her teacher, Elena Brower, who took her even deeper into her practice and her heart when she graduated from her Art of Attention Teacher Training in 2014. Elizabeth has had the pleasure of assisting Elena in workshops around the world. In Spring of 2015, she assisted Elena’s Art of Attention Immersion in Istanbul, Turkey. The trip opened her wide up, and she is so grateful to be able to share her heart with everyone at DIG.  Elizabeth’s classes are focused on building strength & finding ease, working hard & finding time for rest. She wants to lead you to your joy over and over again. With her formula of focused alignment & breath, mixed with lots of love & light, she hopes to bring the world back into harmony…one yoga class at a time.

Kerri’s journey into yoga started when she was expecting her 1st of 2 children 15 years ago. She felt a strong shift occurring to connect body, mind & spirit. With a light-hearted, alignment based yoga practice woven with a dose of humor she encourages her students to use their yoga practice as a tool for self- discovery, strength & empowerment in all areas of their life. Shortly after completing her prenatal training, Kerri had the pleasure of assisting her teacher, Sue Elkind , in the “Awakening the Goddess Prenatal/Postnatal training” at DIG yoga. From there her passion grew even more about the birth process. Educating woman through this sacred journey into motherhood as well as honoring each woman’s individual needs for postnatal support.   Kerri is a certified postnatal doula & currently obtaining her certification as a birth doula & continuing studies as an Ayurvedic practitioner. When she is not immersed in her own studies she’s having fun with her 2 children who are often her best teachers.
