year-long Meditation immersion with sue elkind
Bring the benefits of meditation into your life all year!
February 12, 2018 - january 14, 2019
Meditation is proven to reduce stress and enhance overall well-being. But for many of us, it is difficult to motivate ourselves to sit and cultivate a regular practice. That is why coming together as a group can be a powerful way to support our own individual purpose and practice.
Join Sue Elkind for her first ever YEAR-LONG MEDITATION IMMERSION at Dig Yoga, designed to establish, or renew, our meditation practice and commit to optimalizing our health! Once a month, on Monday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm, we will journey into the science, health benefits, techniques, and practices of meditation. Each meeting will include an inspirational talk, light asana, breathwork & meditation practices, sprinkled with some chanting, mantra and even restoratives along the way! After each class, tea will be served so we can take our time and enjoy some community love.
Make 2018 your year to take incredible care of yourself! It’s easy to pour yourself into work and leave little time for self care--but without your health, you have nothing. This program will help you DIG DEEPER and SOAR HIGHER, and keep you on track with your commitment to being our best SELF. Everyone needs to be reminded to slow down and take daily ‘pauses’, so we can better handle the crazy speed of life, make better choices, and give our nervous system, brain, heart and entire body the chance to rebalance and heal itself.
With the help of guided instruction, even those who have never meditated before can experience the enormous benefits of meditation and feel a deeper connection to their innermost potential. Science now shows us what yogi’s have known for ages... that meditation works! Not only does it support mental, emotional and physical health, it actually guides each one of us towards the evolution of a brighter, truer tomorrow.
