DIG Yoga is known for excellence both on and off the mat. Our teachers believe that the physical practice of asana combined with pranayama (breath-work) and meditation help us to live daily life to the fullest. Our yoga is an invitation to dig deeper into who we are and what it is we value, with the intention to create a life filled with more meaning and purpose.
What sets DIG apart is our commitment to understanding the biomechanics of asana as a therapeutic modality, enabling us to experience the fullest expression of our body, mind and heart. We strive to bring students into an embodied practice that cultivates a deeper awareness of ones' own gifts, in a safe, supported and nurtured environment.
All classes at DIG emphasize breath, foundation, general form, primary energy flows and refinements that cultivate a precise, yet fun, community for yoga. We have a variety of classes at DIG, and encourage you to try more than one class, as each teacher brings his or her individual voice and talents to the studio. Read more below for a brief summary of each class.
