All classes at DIG emphasize breath, foundation, general form, primary energy flows and refinements that cultivate a precise, yet fun, community for yoga. We have a variety of classes at DIG, and encourage you to try more than one class, as each teacher brings his or her individual voice and talents to the studio. Focus is on foundational poses. A strong practice appropriate for all levels who have some yoga experience. Students with minor injuries or physical limitations please ensure you talk to the teacher before class.

Helps build strength and flexibility, while using the support of the wall, chairs or other props. Seniors to serious athletics attend our classes. Great for beginners, pregnant students or those recovering from injury.

Offering a strong practice, with a wider variety of poses, for those with some yoga experience through intermediate.
Teacher and students practice together in our most playful, explorative and advanced class each week.
Beginner students progress from basic postures to the most advanced as they gain flexibility, strength and sensitivity allowing the body and the mind to develop harmoniously. Use of props help with limitations to practice postures that would otherwise be impossible, enabling all students to have the opportunity to learn deeper concepts and subtleties and to avoid injury and pain when practicing.
Power Yoga - Mixed Level
Bump up the intensity in this more vigorous form of yoga practice emphasizing strength building movements and lively Vinyasa flows with a focus on alignment and breath. Sequencing ranges from relaxing to strenuous. Power Yoga is a terrific way for more active types to come into balance while increasing flexibility and incorporating stress reduction techniques. Cancellation Policy for Workshops and Events
Refunds will be given for pre-paid workshops & programs within 24 hours notice of cancellation, less 15% administration fee.
No refunds or credits will be given for no shows.
Online Class Reservations
Classes reserved online may be canceled up to 60 minutes prior to class with no charge (your account will automatically be credited); cancellations cannot be made less than 60 minutes prior to class.
All local workshops requires a minimum of 8 students for workshop to run. DIG Yoga reserves the right to cancel or reschedule, and notification will be made within 24 hours.
