Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after time away, this four-week series offers a thoughtful and supportive introduction to the foundations of practice. Over four progressive classes, we’ll explore essential postures, alignment principles, and basic engagement—giving you the tools to step into any yoga class with greater confidence, clarity, and ease.
The series is guided by Marguerite Henderson, a lifelong student and teacher of yoga with over 25 years of experience. With certifications in Ashtanga and Anusara yoga, in-depth study of exercise physiology, and training with the American College of Sports Medicine, Marguerite brings both precision and depth to her teaching. Her approach weaves intelligent alignment with the deeper dimensions of breath and awareness, creating a practice that is grounded, accessible, and sustaining.
This course is designed to help you build a strong foundation—supporting not only your yoga practice, but how you move, breathe, and feel in daily life.
