Anna will be teaching the Gentle Strength class at 8:15-9:15am, followed by tea and book signing in the reception.

Learn about the history of Sanskrit and the basic fundamentals of the Sanskrit language. Sanskrit is the ancient language of Yoga and by wanting to understand and learn the language, we honor the tradition we practice in. You’ll learn how to chant biji mantras, like the alphabet, and Shakti mantras, like the Gayatri. You'll leave with a deeper appreciation for the language and will feel more confident in your Sanskrit pronunciations.
During the autumn/winter months (a.k.a. Vata Season), we are more susceptible to feeling ungrounded and restless. Even our immune systems can take a hit.
In this workshop we will explore a collection of important seasonal habits and the practice of Yoga Nidra to enhance digestion, sleep, and immunity through a stable routine.

Join us for an autumnal Sacred Sunday gathering where we will explore the beauties and benefits of elderberries.
The cold and flu season will be upon us soon and elderberries are chocked full of Vitamin C, and is great for respiratory health!
This will be an afternoon of playing with elderberries grown at Honey Hollow Farm and together we will make elderberry syrup that everyone can take home with them to have and use throughout the season!

Our Yoga Immersion is for anyone interested in digging deeper into their yoga practice and utilizing the gifts of yoga to transform their lives. All that is required to join is a curious mind, an open heart and willing body.
