Patti found her way to yoga after years of swimming, running, cycling, and competing in sprint triathlons. What began as a shift in her fitness routine became a lasting practice that continues to challenge and inspire her. A high school English teacher by day, Patti also loves traveling, kayaking, paddleboarding, and hiking in the mountains. Her classes blend strength and softness, offering a grounded yet challenging practice rooted in balance, flexibility, and the connection between effort and surrender.
