This four-part series is designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy with a thoughtful blend of education and practice. Each session will explore essential topics such as the anatomy of pregnancy, pelvic floor awareness, breathwork, and safe, effective movement for all trimesters.
Together, we’ll build a foundation for a yoga practice that is both strengthening and deeply supportive—helping you move with greater ease, stability, and confidence as your body changes. Classes will include guided movement, practical tools you can use at home, and time to slow down with restorative postures.
This is a space to connect more deeply with your body, your breath, and your growing baby—while cultivating strength, steadiness, and rest along the way.
$95 for series, $30 drop-in individual class.
