This two-hour mini-retreat with mindfulness and yoga teacher Jillian Pransky is an invitation to meet that powerful seasonal energy with one essential practice: the pause.

In a culture that moves quickly and rarely stops, pausing can feel counterintuitive. But pause is not passive. It’s an act of nourishment. A way to regulate the nervous system, soften stress, and create space for something new to emerge.

Jillian will also introduce LARLAR™, her six-step method for integrating meaningful pauses into daily life—helping you carry a sense of calm, presence, and connection beyond the workshop.
