Join us for a deeply nourishing session combining gentle movement, breath, and sound healing.
We will begin with light stretching to release tension in the body and simple breathing exercises to calm the nervous system. Then gently transition into Yoga Nidra (guided deep relaxation) accompanied by the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls.
