Nourish in Nature: Summer Solstice Gathering & Herbal Skin Care Rituals

  • Dig Yoga 34 Bridge Street Frenchtown United States (map)

Sunday, June 28th ~ 3-5:30pm

Join Sue & Kate in celebrating the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year — a time of fullness, radiance, and peak vitality. This seasonal gathering is an invitation to pause, connect with the abundance of the land, and align with the expansive energy of midsummer.

We’ll begin in circle with a refreshing herbal infusion, grounding ourselves through reflection, breath, and a guided plant meditation. From there, we’ll wander the farm on a seasonal plant walk, learning to identify and mindfully harvest summer allies — plants known for their gentle, nourishing, and supportive properties.

We’ll then move into the kitchen for hands-on herbal medicine making, crafting beautiful summer skincare oils designed to soothe, hydrate, and support the skin during the warmer months. Our time together will close in community with a relaxed potluck gathering, offering space to connect, reflect, and savor the sweetness of the season.

A joyful, sensory-rich afternoon to celebrate the height of light, the abundance of nature, and the beauty of coming together in rhythm with the season.
