frequently asked questions:

how are classes livestreamed?

Our classes are livestreamed on Zoom so you will need to have Zoom installed on whatever device you will be joining from. Download the Zoom app here: https://zoom.us/download

once I sign up for a livestream class, when will I get the link to join?

Links will be emailed 60 minutes prior to class time. Links come from no-reply@apiant.com. You may have to check your junk folder for this email.

how long will I have to do the recording of the livestream class or workshop/training?

Recording links are emailed right after class ends, regardless if you joined the live class or not. Regular class links are available for 24 hours, workshop links are available for 7 days.

how do I get access to the members only bank of recorded on-demand classes on the website?

Annual and Auto-renew members (not drop in or 10 class card participants) have access to the online/members only tab of the website where a huge bank of on demand recorded classes are available. Passwords are emailed to members monthly. If you would like to become a member click here.

can beginners attend all classes at dig?

We recommend those new to yoga start with Gentle, Stretch + Breath, Restorative or Yin classes. Basics classes are also suitable since they are basic poses but a bit more strenuous. Then you can progress to Mixed Level. Our most advanced class is Intermediate and is not recommended for beginners.

how often should i practice?

Practicing yoga at least 2 or more times a week will begin to cultivate positive changes in your body, mind and life.

what if i can’t do a pose?

Modifications are always offered in all of our classes. It is important to listen to your body and take a more simplified version of the pose if something feels too strenuous.

what props do i need?

We recommend having a good quality yoga mat that your hands and feet don't slip on, 2 blocks, a yoga blanket and a strap but other household items may be used to support your practice if those items are not available: belt/robe tie, throw blanket/beach towel, large soup can/shoebox.
