Participants will learn how trauma affects both the mind and body, explore grounding and coping strategies, engage in meaningful self-reflection activities, and experience gentle yoga practices designed to promote safety, awareness, and emotional well-being.

Bio:
Dr. Bryan Blum is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and founder of Therapeutic Interventions and Psychological Services, LLC. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from Providence College, his M.A. from Stony Brook University, and his doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Long Island University. Dr. Blum has worked in hospital and university settings, including Zucker Hillside Hospital, Syracuse University, and Stevens Institute of Technology, where he supported collegiate athletes and high-achieving students. He currently serves as an Assistant Visiting Professor at Ursinus College, where he runs the Clinical and Performance Study (CAPS) Lab.
