NOURISH IN NATURE: The Beauty and Benefits of Elderberries -

Wednesday, Sept 23rd 5:30-7:30pm At Honey Hollow Farm

Sue Elkind & hosted by Layla Broumand-Phillips

Celebrate the turning of the season with us in sacred community as we honor the Autumn Equinox—nature’s moment of balance—and explore the beauty and benefits of elderberries, one of the most beloved plant allies for this time of year.

Together we’ll attune to the season with a grounding equinox ritual and meditation, followed by a gentle farm walk to see what's growing). Then we’ll head into the farmhouse kitchen to create elderberry syrup with berries grown right on Honey Hollow Farm, adding some other unique ingredients that will enhance this medicine.

Elderberries are rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, deeply nourishing to the immune and respiratory systems, and can be enjoyed as syrup, tea, or tincture to support vibrant health through the colder months.

Come enjoy an evening of beauty, connection, and hands-on herbal wisdom—leaving with your own jar of homemade elderberry syrup and the joy of time well spent in nature.

Cost: $75 before 9/9, $85 after, includes materials, farm walk and elderberry syrup making to take home.
Space is limited—please register early to reserve your spot.

Workshop is at Honey Hollow Farm: 2799 Creamery Rd, New Hope, PA 18938
