Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after time away, this series is the perfect way to (re)discover the foundations of practice. Over four progressive classes, you’ll learn the basics of postures, alignment, and engagement—gaining the tools you need to step into any yoga class with confidence.
Guiding the series is Marguerite Henderson, a lifelong student and teacher of yoga with over 25 years of experience. With certifications in Astanga and Anusara yoga, in-depth study of exercise physiology, and training with The American College of Sports Medicine, Marguerite brings a wealth of knowledge to her teaching. Her approach weaves precise alignment with the deeper dimensions of breath and spirit, creating a practice that is both grounding and inspiring.
This course offers a strong foundation to continue your yoga journey—helping you feel better in body, mind, and heart.

For Marguerite Henderson yoga is a life-long path and passion of process, refinement, and discovery. With 25 plus years of teaching experience, she has multiple certifications and trainings, including Astanga and Anusara yoga as well as in-depth study in exercise physiology and certification with The American College of Sports Medicine. She brings to her teaching a deep knowledge of the physical structure and alignment of the body and how it weaves together with spirit and breath.
